Unique Birthday Party Favor - Celebration Pen : Shipping Information
Your Personalized Birthday Favor Pens will arrive 3-5 weeks after you order. You may enter your personalization information in the personalization box at checkout, or we will send an e-mail to collect the information from you once we receive your order. Rush processing is available for an additional $20. Rush shipping will have your pens to you in 1-2 weeks from date of order. Return policy on pens: Our personalized Favor Pens are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just return the pens at our expense for a full refund. Please ensure that you return the entire order (each pen sent to you) so that we can then process the refund. No refunds will be issued for partial returns. Samples are available upon request.
