Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of standard bags and 3-4 weeks for those with a personalized tag. Rush processing andshipping are available upon request. We will happily refund the cost of the sachet if you are not satisifed with the favors, provided that we are notified of intent to return within 7 days of delivery and receive the return within 14 days of delivery. Sorry, we can not refund the cost of the favor tags, as these are a personalized item.
