Minimum order: 30 pens We use very high quality ink cartridges and you will be very pleased with the smoothness and overall feel of our pens. Additionally, we will send you free ink refills for your pen. All pens are shipped with black ink. Pen front: Each pen has four rotating messages.

You may enter your pen color preference and personalization information in the personalization box at checkout, or we will send an e-mail to collect the information from you once we receive your order. Return policy on pens: Our personalized Baby Pens are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just return the pens at our expense for a full refund. Please ensure that you return the entire order (each pen sent to you) so that we can then process the refund. No refunds will be issued for partial returns. Samples are available upon request.
