SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times and methods vary from product to product, please see the product page for detailed shipping information.

If you need to upgrade shipping, we will be happy to accomodate, you can call us, e-mail us, fill out our contact form, or simply put a note in the personalization box and we will contact you with a quote for upgrading shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Personalized items may not be returned. All other items may be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please contact us for return authorization number prior to shipping. Please note: Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we must be notified of a return within 10 business days of delivery.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We carefully package our favors to avoid damaged items. However, it is possible that if a package is handled extremely roughly, a favor might be damaged or melt during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim with the shipper immediately, and notify us at customerservice@lifes-favors.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement item at no charge. Please note, we will require that the broken item be returned. Replacements will not be sent if we are not notified within the 24 hour window.

CANDY AND CHOCOLATE

We will not be held responsible for any melted, disfigured, or otherwise altered candy or chocolates that have been mishandled by the customer. Upon shipment of your order we will send you instructions for safely storing your candy. If these instructions are followed your candy will last in wonderful condition. Should you choose not to follow the instructions, your candy may become altered in appearance or taste. As we have no way of verifying candy storage, we will not be held responsible for any alterations occurring within or on the surface of the candy, unless it arrives from the shipper in that condition. Please see our damaged product policy if you have candy that was melted or damaged during the shipping process. Please note: Under no circumstances will we replace candies that are melted or disfigured if we were not notified within 24 hours of delivery. If your order contains chocolate, you must have someone available to receive delivery of the item, and must receive delivery during the first attempt, or we can not guarantee against meltage.

Privacy Policy

All information provided to us by our customers is kept confidential. At times, in order to complete your order, it may be necessary to provide your order and shipping information to a third party. In these cases, the third party has agreed to keep the information confidential and to not add our customers to any mailing lists or to provide the customer's informaiton to any other parties. In all cases, we will not divulge any information not necessary to processing the order. We will not share any of your payment information with those fulfilling your order.
