What types of payment do you accept?

We accept paypal through the website, which includes all major credit cards and e-checks that are run through the paypal system.  We also accept credit card over the phone, these charges do not go through paypal.  Money orders and cashiers checks are accpeted, but require a 7 day hold while the check clears, we will not begin processing your order until your funds are clear.  For local customers in the Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and the surrounding area, we also accept cash and personal check.

How long will it take to get my favors?

Due to the variety of favors that we offer, and the personalized nature of many of them, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In some cases, delivery may take more or less time, for this reason, we have noted the typical delivery time on each item's page.

I need my favors faster, is there any way that I can get them?

Rush processing and shipping is available on most of our items. We have indicated rush availability at the bottom of each page in the shipping section. In most cases there will be an additional fee for rush shipping, and in some cases there may also be an additional fee to rush process your item. For most rush orders we can have them delivered in less than a week, often within 3 days. Please contact us for more information and for rush pricing. If you think you might need an item rushed, but are unsure, simply indicate the date the item is needed by and we will contact you if rush processing or shipping will be required to get it to you on time.

Do you guarantee that my favors will arrive on time?

Unless otherwise noted, we will guarantee a favor for prompt arrival ONLY if we have been provided with a date that the item is needed by. If we can not get your package to you on time, we will contact you. If you have provided us with a date that the favors are needed by, and they do not arrive on time, we will refund the cost of the favors. We will not be held responsible for any other expenses that may have been occurred due to the favors not arriving. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to ensure a timely arrival. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Can I get a sample?

Samples are available for most of our products. Depending upon the product you may be asked to pay for the sample and/or shipping costs. Please see the product page for specific sample information.
